Rio Grande EMDR Therapy LLC - Sole Source Pre Award

The New Mexico State University Procurement Services is seeking a sole source pre-award for Rio Grande EMDR Therapy LLC to provide training and consultation services for the State of New Mexico's Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy Training. The training will be provided to community-based providers in New Mexico through an in-person training platform. The proposed vendor has been providing specialized training for NMSU for the last year and has unique and proprietary content expertise. • The contract term is from February 19, 2026, to May 4, 2026. • The dollar amount for the contract is $78,000. • The vendor has been named in the funding contract by the State of NM as one of the trainers of choice to provide this service. • The procurement meets the requirements of 13-1-126 NMSA 1978 for a sole source procurement.
