The award calculation will be based on the price, ability to meet the specifications, and delivery lead time. • The compost bins must have a volume of 65 gallons, weigh between 12-16 pounds, and have dimensions of 26"L x 26"W x 30"H or similar. • The bins must have a removable lift-top lid or side lid opening, be water-safe, and have multiple holes for venting. • The aerator tool must weigh between 1-2 pounds, have dimensions of 34"L x 5"W x 1"H or similar, and be made of stainless or galvanized steel. • The vendor must provide delivery, including all labor, materials, permits, registration, and equipment required to deliver and off-load the bins.
