Description
Jefferson County Government is seeking appraisal services for various county projects that require the acquisition of real estate, permanent easements, and temporary easements. The selected vendor will provide appraisal services on an as-needed basis. The services needed include appraisal review, complex appraisal review, waiver valuation, value finding appraisal, standard appraisal format, and appraisal assistance. The vendor must have state appraisal certification in good standing with the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission and be on the Missouri Department of Transportation's roster of Approved Contract Appraisers.
