Combined Solicitation Fort Snelling National Cemetery HVAC Repair

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to repair an LG Model ARUM216BTE5 VRF system at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, manpower, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the repair. The work includes replacing the main PCB, inverter board, and compressor, as well as vacuuming refrigerant from the system and recharging it. The contractor must use LG certified components and provide a 90-day parts and labor warranty. The project must be completed within 45 days of the award date. Key requirements include: • Replacing the PCB board • Replacing the inverter board • Vacuuming refrigerant from the system • Replacing the compressor • Recharging refrigerant into the system • Starting up all 5 indoor units and confirming operation The contractor must work during normal cemetery hours of operation, which are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday.
