ITB 4589 - As-Needed Flooring Removal & Installation Services

The City of Midland is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed flooring removal and installation services. The contractor will be responsible for measuring and providing written quotes prior to starting work, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, protecting existing finishes and furniture, and disposing of removed flooring and adhesives.
