Description
The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) is seeking a service maintenance/repair plan for laboratory equipment, specifically Systec Media Prep and Systec Media Fill. The contract will be for a base period plus two option years, with a minimum of one on-site preventative maintenance visit, one on-site repair visit, and remote technical support per year. The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized service provider.
• The contract will include parts, labor, travel, and control software updates.
• The contractor must provide a 20% discount on OEM parts required for repairs.
• The contractor must provide calibration of autoclaves/media preps according to OEM standards.
• Remote technical support must be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
