Description
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water) is establishing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for urgent repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of water and wastewater assets up to 30 inches in nominal diameter across Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. The contract does not guarantee a minimum volume of work; task orders will be issued on an as‑needed basis for both planned and emergency projects. Qualified contractors must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, have completed six similar projects, and be able to field multiple crews with the required certifications (e.g., tapping, erosion‑and‑sediment control, traffic control, chlorination). Bids are to be submitted electronically by September 16, 2026, with a non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting on September 2, 2026.
