The GPO is soliciting a vendor to produce four orthopaedic booklets (Neck & Back Surgical, Shoulder Replacement, Total Hip Arthroplasty, Total Knee Arthroplasty) totaling 1,000 copies. Each booklet is 12 pages, 8.5 × 11 in., saddle‑stitched, printed on 70 lb uncoated text stock with 4‑color process or high‑quality digital output, and packaged in shrink‑wrapped packs of 25. The awardee must meet Quality Level 3 standards, handle pre‑press imprinting, and ship the finished product to the VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC by July 9 2026.
• Total quantity: 1,000 booklets (250 copies of each of four titles)
• Production specs: 12‑page, 8.5 × 11 in., 70 lb uncoated paper (JCP A60), 4‑color process or digital with ≥150‑line screen, 2400 × 2400 dpi × 1‑bit or 600 × 600 dpi × 8‑bit depth
• Packaging: shrink‑film packs of 25; do not mix versions in a carton; label cartons and retain shipping receipts
• Schedule: Quote due 11 a.m. ET 11 June 2026; material pick‑up 12 June 2026; final delivery 9 July 2026 (FOB destination)
• Quality assurance: Quality Level 3 (GPO PUB 310.1), Inspection Levels I & S‑2, attributes P‑7 and P‑10
• Mandatory documentation: W‑9, financial statements, paper‑supplier commitment letters if selected as prime
