Sole Source Synopsis J&A related to Contract

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District intends to award a sole-source contract modification to Roadhouse-Tepa JV for the Joint Cryptological Center at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. The modification is for additional services to revise a portion of the horizontal cabling of the inside plant (ISP) for the building. The government requires these services to complete the final construction and provide the complete training functions to be accomplished by the user. • The contract modification is intended to be awarded under the existing contract number W9128F23C0019. • The government is seeking capability statements from interested parties, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. • The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. • Responses, including questions and capability statements, should be sent via email to Margarette Wolfe and Amanda Eaton by December 31, 2025 at 2PM CT.
