The County of Gwinnett is seeking authorized OEM resellers to supply a broad range of toner and ink‑jet cartridges for its various departments on a firm‑price, one‑year contract with up to four renewal options. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes (or on flash‑drive with printed copy per Addendum 2) by the deadline, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Suppliers must provide new, unopened OEM‑branded cartridges, proof of reseller authorization, and answer mandatory questions regarding recycling programs, on‑site leak cleanup, and acceptance of partial awards. No bid bond is required, and pricing must remain fixed for the contract term.
