Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to provide services related to the planning, architecting, setup, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure and network capabilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform, as well as designing and implementing business rules, workflows, and UI policies. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in an enterprise IT environment, with a minimum of five years of experience as a ServiceNow architect, administrator, or similar role.
Key responsibilities include:
• Architecting and customizing the ServiceNow platform
• Designing and implementing business rules, workflows, and UI policies
• Providing ongoing support for workflow-related issues and incidents
• Enhancing existing Incident Management workflows
• Designing and implementing the Change Management module
• Creating and customizing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow
• Integrating ServiceNow with internal and external applications
• Developing and maintaining the Service Catalog
The project duration is approximately 12 months, with the possibility of a one-year extension.
