RFP P50421 - Design Build Services for Safe Routes to Transit

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is seeking a design-build services provider for the Safe Routes to Transit program. The program aims to identify barriers and provide safe access to bus stops through pedestrian and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements. The selected provider will be responsible for designing and building the improvements. • The provider must have experience in design-build services and be authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. • The provider must submit a technical proposal, price proposal, and other required documents. • The selection criteria include team composition and professional qualifications, specialized experience, project monitoring and control, quality assurance program, price proposal, financial stability and capabilities, and an evaluation of the response to information requested in Appendix A. • The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible provider that submits a proposal in the best interest of MARTA.
