Description
The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority is establishing a pool of qualified contractors to provide technical assistance across six key functional areas (planning, monitoring & evaluation, growth & stabilization, financial management, technology solutions, and facility‑based project planning). This is a multi‑award, time‑and‑materials contract with a base term of one year and up to four one‑year renewal options. Contractors will work remotely or on‑site as needed, develop scopes of work with assigned agencies, and be evaluated on qualifications (50 points), cost (40 points) and preferences (10 points). Hourly rates are capped at $200 and must be inclusive of all costs.
