The U.S. Air Force 168th Wing at Eielson AFB is seeking a small‑business contractor to replace and upgrade windows in the third‑floor command suite and conference room of Building 3127. The work includes demolition of existing blinds, installation of triple‑pane, fiberglass‑frame windows meeting STC‑40, application of reflective film, repainting to match existing colors, and re‑installation of blinds. All windows must retain the same opening/closing functions as the originals and comply with specified RFO clauses.
