AppXtender Software License, Maintenance and Support

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is seeking a vendor to provide AppXtender software licenses, maintenance, and support for the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The contract will be for one year with three one-year options for renewal. The vendor will be required to provide professional services to support, maintain, and enhance the AppXtender system. The services may include developing an agency plan, upgrading the system, configuring new applications, and implementing additional modules. The vendor must have experience with AppXtender systems and must provide a detailed statement of work (SOW) for each project. The SOW will outline the services, deliverables, and payment structure. • The vendor must provide costs for licenses and maintenance of the AppXtender software. • The vendor must provide professional services to support, maintain, and enhance the AppXtender system. • The vendor must have experience with AppXtender systems and must provide a detailed statement of work (SOW) for each project. • The vendor must provide a primary technical support phone number and primary technical support email address. • The vendor must provide a minimum response time of two hours for support requests during normal business hours.
