Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 1000 Manilla Booklet Style Envelopes with specific printing and construction requirements. The envelopes must be printed with 8 lines of type and 1 horizontal rule on the side opposite seams, using black ink only. The contractor must also provide a preproduction sample for approval before producing the full quantity. The contract includes quality assurance levels and standards, and the contractor must comply with GPO Contract Terms.
Key requirements include:
• Printing: Booklet style envelope prints face only (after construction) 8 lines of type, 1 horizontal rule, on the side opposite seams with head towards top fold/flap in Black ink only
• Construction: Opens on top 12 5/8" side, side seams, with a Peal and Seal Flap
• Quality Assurance: Levels and standards apply, including non-destructive and destructive tests
• Payment: Invoices can be submitted via the GPO fax gateway or mailed to the U.S. Government Publishing Office
