Description
The Spokane Airport Board is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for Spokane International Airport covering short‑, medium‑, and long‑term development horizons. The consultant must deliver aeronautical surveys, public outreach, environmental assessments, traffic forecasts, facility requirement studies, financial feasibility analyses, and phased implementation plans, all aligned with FAA standards and local land‑use planning. The effort will culminate in a set of updated airport layout plans and a detailed financial strategy for future capital projects.
• Conduct aeronautical data collection and compliance with FAA AC 150/5300 series.
• Lead extensive public involvement and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Produce environmental impact assessments, traffic forecasts, and financial feasibility studies.
• Develop phased implementation and funding strategies for airport infrastructure over 0‑5, 5‑15, and 15‑30‑year horizons.
• Deliver final design drawings, layout plans, and coordination with existing strategic master plans.
