Description
Lewis County Board of Education is seeking a full‑service vendor to design, supply, install, and maintain a cloud‑hosted telephone system for its seven locations (six school buildings plus county board offices). The solution must replace a legacy on‑premise NEC system with approximately 235 handsets, provide modern VoIP features, support two dedicated analog POTS lines per building for elevators, and integrate with existing IT infrastructure. The contract includes hardware procurement, software licensing, migration of existing lines, on‑site training, and 24/7 post‑installation support at no additional charge.
• 235 programmable digital display phones (classroom & admin) plus headset capability
• Cloud‑based telephony services with voicemail‑to‑email, call routing, mobile app integration, etc.
• Installation of two analog POTS lines per building, porting of all existing lines, and retention of 14 cloud fax numbers
• Mandatory site walk‑through on May 16 2025; questions due May 23 2025; final sealed bids due June 13 2025 (four copies)
• Performance bond equal to 100 % of the contract amount required upon award; compliance with the BOE’s Equal Opportunity Policy throughout the contract term
