Description
The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is seeking proposals for providing plan administration services for its Section 125 and Health Reimbursement Arrangement plans. The selected respondent will be responsible for administering the plans, including measuring the quality and cost of care provided to participants, plan analysis, and other administrative services. The contract will be a yearly agreement, and the District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
• The proposal must include a definite time for delivery of services.
• The proposal must include unit prices for each unit of service.
• The proposal must include a total price for all services.
• The District will evaluate proposals based on prior experience, financial statements, and other factors.
• The selected respondent must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including those related to employment and labor.
• The selected respondent must maintain insurance coverage, including professional liability, commercial general liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
