Palm Beach County is seeking proposals for paratransit services, including operations and call center packages. The successful contractor will provide door-to-door, paratransit, ADA, Connection Plus, DOSS, MOD, and alternative transportation services throughout Palm Beach County. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering a paratransit scheduling software solution to increase productivity, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.
