The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to provide the rental and maintenance of four chemical toilets, including servicing and sanitizing, for a period of one year with optional extensions. The vendor must provide temporary chemical toilet units that meet specific requirements, including being equipped with one toilet, one urinal, one toilet paper dispenser, and one hand sanitizer dispenser. The vendor must also provide maintenance service decals and perform bi-weekly servicing, including sanitizing, restocking, and draining of waste.
• The rental period is from January 23, 2026, to January 21, 2027, with optional extensions.
• The vendor must provide written documentation for cleaning service dates.
• The vendor must have a numbering system to uniquely identify each portable chemical toilet unit.

• The vendor's past performance will be reviewed using CPARS/FAPPIIS.
