Sensor Agnostic Emulator & Trainer (SAET)

The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of designing, developing, and delivering a Sensor‑Agnostic Emulator Trainer (SAET) to modernize training for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS). The effort calls for a modular, sensor‑agnostic emulation platform that integrates with the DCGS Open Architecture, supports secure cloud or network deployment, and includes full lifecycle sustainment, configuration control, and agile project management. Interested parties must submit a capability survey and business information by the stated deadline. • Develop a modular emulator platform that simulates diverse sensor data feeds for realistic operator training. • Ensure compatibility with DCGS Open Architecture and deployment to the National Mission Partner Network. • Provide software integration, configuration management, sustainment, and secure release baselines. • Demonstrate experience with SIGINT/ISR systems, TS/SCI‑cleared personnel, and DoD/IC security policies. • Submit all required business data and complete the capability survey via email by 4 PM EST, 18 Sept 2026.
