Description
The Public Schools of Petoskey are seeking bids for the Bid Pack 5 Sinking Fund Site Improvements project. The project requires a reputable organization with at least five years of successful experience in work of this type and scope. The bidder must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction and ample financial resources for work of this magnitude. The bid security must be accompanied by a good and sufficient bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount.
• The bid must be submitted in triplicate and received by the Petoskey Administration Building by 2:00 pm local time on February 17th, 2026.
• A virtual construction pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3rd, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
• The bidding documents may be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at the Builders Exchange plan rooms in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Traverse City.
