Transit Security & Fencing

The City of Casper is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the security and parking facilities at its transit center. The work includes installing four new security lighting poles with dual heads, installing a ten‑foot high fence with gated entries and badge scanners, expanding the asphalt parking lot, and performing miscellaneous site and electrical improvements. • Furnish, install, and commission four security light poles with concrete foundations. • Install 10‑ft high perimeter fencing, gates, operable gate operators, and electronic badge scanners. • Expand and repave the existing parking lot, including associated site grading and utility work. • Perform demolition, concrete work, electrical installation, and related finishing tasks (painting, etc.). • Provide all necessary drawings, permits, and coordination with the City’s transit facilities.
