Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide building drone cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the exterior of buildings using drones and conventional cleaning equipment. The scope of work includes cleaning windows, facades, and other exterior surfaces. The contractor must possess a C-61/D-38 Sand and Water Blasting specialty classification license from the California Contractors State License Board. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be required to provide their own equipment and personnel to perform the work.
• The contractor must have experience with drone-based cleaning services.
• The contractor must have a C-61/D-38 Sand and Water Blasting specialty classification license.
• The contractor must be able to reach heights of up to 175 feet using drones.
• The contractor must be able to clean approximately 400 exterior windows.
• The contractor must be able to provide their own water source, except in the courtyard where spigots are available.
