Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors regarding their ability to provide maintenance services for Varian TrueBeam and related software at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center. The requirement includes all labor, full service, maintenance, tools, equipment, software updates, hardware updates, transportation, and parts (excluding non-Varian parts) required to perform repair and preventive maintenance on listed equipment and software. The contract is expected to start on 05/01/2026 and last for one year, with four option years.
* The equipment list includes Varian TrueBeam and related software, such as ARIA, Eclipse, and TrueBeam STX – Essentials.
* The contractor will be responsible for performing repair and preventive maintenance on the listed equipment and software.
* The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
* The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required services.
