Military Working Dog Kennel Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking bids for the construction of a Military Working Dog Kennel at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia. The project includes the construction of a kennel administration office, veterinary exam and surgical suite, isolation area, operating room, and other facilities. The contractor will also be responsible for site preparation, utilities, and other site improvements. • The kennel will have a total area of approximately 11,000 SF. • The project includes demolition of an old kennel adjacent to the site. • The contractor will be required to complete the project within the specified timeframe and budget. • The bid includes a base bid and several options, including a break area building, storage building, veterinary equipment, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
