Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide annual preventive maintenance (PM) and inspection services for ceiling lifts at three locations: Perry Point, Baltimore, and Loch Raven. The vendor will be required to inspect a total of 443 ceiling lifts and provide an inspection report summarizing the work completed for each lift. The service shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm, unless other hours are mutually agreed upon by the vendor and VA Biomedical Engineering. The period of performance is from 10/1/2026 to 9/30/2027.
• The vendor will inspect 167 ceiling lifts at the Baltimore VAMC.
• The vendor will inspect 152 ceiling lifts at the Loch Raven CLC.
• The vendor will inspect 124 ceiling lifts at the Perry Point VAMC.
• The vendor will provide an inspection report summarizing the work completed for each lift.
• The service shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
