Description
The State of Colorado, Pueblo Community College, is seeking qualification statements and proposals from interested and qualified architecture firms to provide design and associated professional services related to the Physical Therapy Renovation Project. The project involves renovating approximately 9,500 square feet at the North Wing on the 4th floor of the Teaching and Learning Center at the St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center campus. The scope of work includes demolition, construction of new walls, associated finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) as required.
• The project will be delivered using a Design/Bid/Build (DBB) approach.
• The architect/engineer is expected to provide basic services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement and Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
• The selection process will involve a shortlist of qualified respondents, followed by oral interviews.
• The project is expected to start in June 2026, with construction completion anticipated in July 2027.
