Gwinnett County is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing, clean‑and‑seal, and sculpture‑maintenance services for its wide‑range of facilities on an annual basis, with the option to renew up to four additional years. The contract requires cold‑ and hot‑water pressure washing, chemical and abrasive cleaning, equipment such as aerial lifts, caulking, joint sealant, masonry sealing, minor painting, and semi‑annual sculpture care. Bidders must submit a sealed bid by the revised deadline and meet extensive insurance, E‑Verify, and reporting requirements.
• Scope includes > 560,000 sf cold‑water flat surfaces, > 466,000 sf vertical surfaces, > 720,000 sf building surfaces, and two sculptures.
