The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price contract for maintenance and repair services for a Thermo Electron Q Exactive Laboratory Analyzer System. The contract will be for a 5-year ordering period, and the contractor will be required to provide fully qualified technicians to perform maintenance and repair services. The contractor will also be responsible for providing all necessary parts and materials, and for ensuring that the equipment is maintained in good operating condition. • The contractor will be required to provide on-site repairs at Madigan Army Medical Center, with the option to perform work at local or factory repair facilities with prior concurrence. • The contractor will be required to provide detailed service reports for all services performed. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety and health. • The contractor will be required to provide information assurance (IA) workforce personnel and to comply with IA access requirements.
