Description
The US Government intends to issue a sole source order to the sole authorized reseller of Mastercam products, MLC CAD Systems, Inc., for the renewal of annual software support for previously acquired software licenses and subscriptions. The software support is required to sustain existing infrastructure and maintain the operability and usability of the software products. The contract will be for a period of five years, estimated to begin on January 1, 2026, and extend through December 31, 2030.
• The software support includes product updates, upgrades, new releases, and patches.
• The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract or delivery order to an authorized reseller of the required OEM.
• The Government will seek additional discounts for all actions prior to placing an order.
• The contract is subject to cost and price analysis, and the contracting officer will make a determination of fair and reasonable prices based on competitive quotes received, historical prices, and commercial price lists.
