Description
This solicitation seeks a single unit of a Loader/Backhoe machine for the State of New Mexico General Services Department. Five qualified vendors may submit bids for any of the listed makes (John Deere, Case, SANY, Caterpillar, New Holland) and can elect to add numerous optional accessories, service plans, and ancillary equipment, each with defined add‑on or deduct pricing. The award will be based on price and compliance with the technical requirements, with a bid opening on August 7 2026 and a tabulation/award date of August 12 2026.
• One‑unit acquisition of a heavy‑equipment loader/backhoe (any listed make/model).
• Optional attachments include technical manuals, radio kits, service plans (3‑yr/5‑yr), various buckets, hydraulic breaker components, spare wheels/tires, snow equipment, backup camera, lubrication system, and more, each with fixed add/deduct values.
• Five pre‑identified bidders (4Rivers Equipment, Century Equipment, RKJ LLC, Wagner Equipment, Watson Tractor) will compete; no set‑aside preferences are applied.
