Construction Manager at Risk for the Construction of Gwinnett County New Police Headquarters Project

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the preconstruction and construction of the Gwinnett County New Police Headquarters Project. The project involves the construction of a new 180,000 square foot Police Headquarters building, including structured parking, a central utility plant building, and associated site development. The project will incorporate green building strategies and will be designed and built to achieve LEED Certification with a minimum level of "Certified" through the U.S. Green Building Council.
