Description
The Ingham Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the replacement of rooftop units at two of its locations: Wilson Talent Center and Heartwood School. The project involves the removal of existing units and the installation of new ones, including all necessary electrical and plumbing work. The district prefers Daikin units, but other proposals will be considered. The bid must include line-item pricing, a specification sheet for the proposed units, and other required documentation. The project must be completed by August 15, 2026.
• The bid must include material costs, additional costs, delivery/freight costs, installation costs, lead times, equipment, labor, electrical and plumbing, permits, warranty info, performance bond, and exclusions.
• The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder that provides the best overall value.
• The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements as mandated by the State of Michigan.
