Potential Construction through Enhanced Use Lease or Potential Land Exchange of a portion of Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Millington, Shelby County, Tennessee

The Department of the Navy is seeking information from interested entities regarding potential construction through a long-term ground lease or potential land exchange of a portion of Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Millington, Shelby County, Tennessee. The project involves approximately three acres of land and may include installation-support services or construction of a new facility or improvements to an existing facility. The Navy intends to use the RFI responses to further evaluate its best course of action. Key aspects of the project include: * Long-term ground lease under 10 U.S.C. §2667 for up to 25 to 35 years * Land exchange under 10 U.S.C. §2869 * Installation-support services, such as electrical/water utilities upgrades, vehicle maintenance, and minor road maintenance and repair * Construction of a new facility or improvements to an existing facility * Compliance with the National Environmental Protection Act and Department of War engineering and construction guidance
