Description
The Town of Londonderry is seeking a contractor to restore, replace, and weatherize the windows in the Londonderry Town Hall. The project aims to improve energy efficiency and address air leakage and heat transfer concerns. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the windows, refitting the sashes, air sealing gaps and cracks, and installing weatherstripping. The project must be completed by September 30, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a detailed cost estimate and a schedule for the project.
