Description
Arkansas State University is seeking a vendor to supply and install three anesthesia systems (one full System A with transport module and two System B units) from a single manufacturer. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications for anesthesia machines, patient monitoring units, and a transport monitoring module, and the contractor must be certified for food‑service environments and comply with numerous ownership and boycott certifications. Bids must be sealed, mailed, and received before the bid opening on October 19 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with work anticipated to begin in October 2026.
• Provide one complete anesthesia system (machine, monitor, transport module) and two additional anesthesia machines with monitors.
• All equipment must be sourced from the same manufacturer and meet strict clinical performance specs.
• Vendor must submit extensive certifications (no “countries of concern” ownership, anti‑boycott, EO policy, etc.) and a completed Official Price Sheet.
