Traverse City (TVC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) janitorial services, MI

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Traverse City Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform janitorial services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The scope of work includes tasks such as waste and recycle receptacle maintenance, policing grounds, surface dusting and cleaning, floor care, and restroom cleaning. The contractor must also establish and maintain a complete Quality Control Plan to ensure the requirements of the contract are met. Some key aspects of the job include: * Providing a Contract Manager to oversee the work * Scheduling and performing all requirements listed in the SOW * Maintaining a Quality Control Plan * Providing training to employees on correct cleaning and disinfecting procedures * Ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations relative to entering and leaving the facility * Cooperating with the COR to work out the best and safest methods for contract performance work in FAA operational and equipment areas
