Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking qualified vendors to provide elevator maintenance and repair services for its Tyler District, in accordance with Statement of Work TxDOT 910‑13‑100871 dated April 2026. The contract will cover routine preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts replacement, and compliance inspections for all elevators owned or operated by TxDOT within the district. Vendors must be registered on the EUNA procurement portal, monitor the solicitation website for addenda, and submit a complete response by the deadline. The anticipated contract value is approximately $180,000.
• Scope includes scheduled maintenance visits, 24/7 emergency response, and compliance reporting.
• Services must meet TxDOT’s safety and performance standards for public‑use elevators.
• All work is performed on TxDOT facilities located in the Tyler District (East Texas).
