Description
The Chippewa Hills School District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for renovations to the Mecosta and Weidman Septic System Upgrades. The work includes site work, selective demolition, septic tank and pump installation, paving, concrete work, and electrical work for pumps and controls as identified in the construction documents. The bids will be taken on a lump sum basis and must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the owner.
