M67854-25-R-0150 - FMS RFI for TECRO Thermal Sight Systems (TSS)

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information from potential vendors for the production of Thermal Sight Systems (TSS) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The TSS should meet the current capabilities of the M36E3 TSS, including detection, recognition, and identification of targets in various environmental conditions. Vendors should also provide information on their plan for manufacturing, mitigating constraints, and delivering the TSS. The USMC is looking for vendors who can provide engineering, integration, and testing, logistics, maintenance, training devices, and updates, as well as program management support services. • The M36E3 TSS should have a Wide Field of View (WFOV) and Narrow Field of View (NFOV) with specific detection, recognition, and identification ranges. • Vendors should provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for the production of approximately 30 M36E3 TSS and an option for 48 additional units. • The USMC is seeking information on the vendor's approach to subcontractor control, item unique identification, risk mitigation, and technical data rights.
