Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Engine Testing Technical Support

The United States Air Force is seeking to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Pratt & Whitney Canada, to meet the Government's requirement for engineering services and technical expertise support for engine testing. The testing is designed to evaluate the engine's sensitivity to various sand and dust compositions and to assess the rate of deterioration the engine may experience during field operations as a result of repeated landings. The scope of work includes guidance for specifications, interfacing, communications, hardware analysis, and troubleshooting. • The testing will be conducted at Arnold AFB, TN. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330, Engineering Services. • Foreign participation is authorized. • The Government will consider all responses received electronically by 12:00 PM CST on 24 November 2025.
