Description
The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking qualified firms to join a pre‑qualified on‑call vendor pool that can provide advisory and consulting services on a task‑order basis. The work may involve policy analysis, strategic communications, and program design for statewide economic‑development initiatives, with no guaranteed minimum volume of work. Firms will submit technical proposals and fee structures, and the Corporation may award multiple contracts across three functional areas.
• Covers three service areas: policy/governance advisory, marketing/communications, and program design/implementation.
• On‑call, task‑order model – no fixed contract term; engagements are ad‑hoc as needs arise.
• Evaluation based on experience (60 pts), personnel qualifications, cost effectiveness, RI economic familiarity, and strategic approach; additional points for MBE/WBE participation.
