Will Rogers Elementary School – HVAC Replacement (Building H)

The Lynwood Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to replace 34 HVAC units (22 rooftop packaged units and 12 split‑system units) at Will Rogers Elementary School Building H. The work includes demolition of existing equipment, installation of owner‑furnished units, associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and roof‑curb work, testing, balancing, commissioning, and a 1‑year warranty on roofing with an optional second year. The project must comply with DSA approvals, California prevailing‑wage rules, a Community Workforce Agreement, and stringent safety, environmental, and asbestos protocols.
