Security Cameras & Equipment

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security – Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for security cameras and equipment. The contract items include video surveillance enterprise mass storage systems, mounting brackets, cameras, and other related equipment. The equipment must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements specified in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest total bid cost. • The contract items include: • Video surveillance enterprise mass storage systems • Mounting brackets • Cameras • PoE mid-span injectors • License plate recognition cameras • Ethernet switches • Other related equipment The vendor must provide a catalog of all items that can be sold under this contract, and the catalog must include the contract items listed above. The vendor must also provide a pricing page that includes the unit cost for each contract item.
