Gwinnett County is seeking informal written quotations for the purchase of floor mats and dollies. The required items include floor mats with specific dimensions and material, and transportation dollies with specific dimensions. The quotations should include all costs associated with the purchase, including shipping and delivery. The county reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to waive technicalities, informalities, and minor irregularities in the submissions received.
• The floor mats should be 39-3/8” x 78-3/4” in size, made of polyolefin plus backing, and have a thickness of 0.25”.
• The transportation dollies should be 35” in height, 41.5” in width, and 83.5” in length.
• The quotations should be submitted via email to [email protected] or mailed to the Gwinnett County Department of Financial Services, 2nd Floor - Purchasing Division.
• The county is exempt from federal excise tax and Georgia sales tax regarding goods and services purchased directly by the county.
