Historic Window Vendor for Lead Safe Homes Program

The Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install historic windows for the Lead Safe Homes Program. The contractor will be responsible for procuring historically appropriate, lead‑safe windows, performing site assessments, installing the windows to meet both historic preservation standards and lead‑abatement requirements, and delivering all required compliance documentation.
