The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure Helium on a full and open competition basis. This procurement will be a small business set-aside, and all responsible sources may submit a quote. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website.
