The State of Colorado is providing notice of a contractor's settlement for the Lower Library Remodel project at Arapahoe Community College. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project, and they must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement.

• The contractor is Happel & Associates, Inc.
• The final settlement will be made on 5/27/2026.
• Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency.
